Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (such as courses, eBooks, templates, prompt packs, and downloadable files), all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered or accessed, refunds or cancellations are not available.
Physical Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. Eligible requests will be reviewed for a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders for physical products can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
